​During the SECOND HOUR, while your candles dry, Heather will guide you through a wine and chocolate tasting that’s sure to impress even the most seasoned connoisseur. You'll be guide by Header, she's a WSET Level 3 certified, and likes to focus on small production wineries and unexpected food pairings. You’ll leave feeling like a true wine expert, and with the skills to perfectly pair your Valentine’s Day heart truffles.
