Outside drinks are not allowed. We sell wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages onsite. For public classes, outside food is not allowed. No exceptions. If guests do bring outside food, we must ask you to return it to your car or we can store it in the corner until the event is over. For private events: we provide a space to set up refreshments, however we do not have a full kitchen and cannot warm or store perishables. We also do not provide utensils, plates, or napkins. Please be finished before the 2 hour candle making event ends.

Return/Refund Policy: Virtual Events: Refunds given if kitting and/or shipping hasn't started, minus transaction/special supply fees. Corporate In-Person Events: Refunds given 30 days before the event date, minus transaction/special supply fees. Less than 30 days, reschedules for up to one year. Private Label: Build-Your-Own-Candle, Or Other Custom Products: No refunds once project has started due to the customization of this product/service. Private Events: No refunds, only reschedules up to 1 year of the event date. Tickets transferrable and other attending guests can make absent guests candle(s). If event doesn't start at least 15 minutes after the event start time, event will be canceled with no opportunity to reschedule. Finger foods /small bites/ hors d’oeuvres allowed. Open To The Public Event: No refunds, only reschedules for up to 6 months of the event date. Tickets transferrable and other attending guests can make absent guests candle(s).

This event is recommended for 21 years of age and older since customers are allowed to bring their own beverages. Children ages 10 and up are allowed but please note adults may be pouring their own drinks near their vicinity. We strongly reccomend booking an early session (12pm or 3pm) or booking a private party for a group of children.

Candle Care: Don’t burn your candle for 2 days, it’s still in the curing process. (Like wine and cheese it’s aging, we don’t sell a candle unless it’s cured for 2 weeks so they longer you wait the stronger the scent) How to Avoid Candle Wax Tunneling - Burn your candle for long enough to achieve a complete wax pool. With our jars that is 2 hours. (The size wick is key in burning distance- our Wicks burn 1 inch per hour) Trim your Wicks to a 1/4 of an inch before you light your candle. (We cut it for them to 1/4 inch) This will help continue to make the candle burn clean and slow. (Clean meaning reduced SOOT ((smoke)) & slow meaning it will not burn quickly.) Trimming Wicks will preserve your candle for a long time. If kept well it will burn for 55 hours. Extinguish candle when it reaches 1/4 of an inch to the bottom Don’t burn for more than 4 hours without trimming your wick Don’t sleep with candles lit. Don’t leave by kids, pets or drapes.

Not at all! We can set up in a variety of spaces, from intimate home settings to large venues. We’ll work with you to find a convenient spot that fits your event’s layout. We will need about 6 x10 feet of space and one dual electrical outlet.

Organic Coconut Wax Candle Making Party - each guest will make one 10 oz candle and one 4 oz. travel candle. Studio - You will be able to select your candle jar color and choose unlimited scents per candle. Virtual- Each candle making kit comes with 14 candle making supplies that make two scented candles. You will have a list of vessel options to choose from. During both events after we pour wax, we play candle trivia and discuss candle care.

On average, our candle making parties last 1-1/2 to 2 hours at our studio locations. The first hour is dedicated to guest making their custom scented candles. Candles require 30 minutes to an hour to "set" before they can be taken home. During this time, guests will play a game of candle trivia, mix and mingle, and receive candle care instructions. Our virtual candle making experiences tend to take 1 hour following the same schedule as above, however the candles will dry in the guests home.

In the studio, we have over 60 fragrance oils to mix within your candle. We add fragrances seasonally. If you have fragrance suggestions, please let us know! Virtually we provide the following fragrances: Verbena, sandalwood rose, palo santo, salt cave, bourbon, crisp champagne, clean linen, sycamore sage, sequioa & english oak, hibiscus, oats. You can blend an unlimited amount of fragrances in your candle. It's your signature scent, you can't just be limited to only one! Scents subject to change.

Yes! We can provide labels for the candle vessels, shipping boxes and can add an insert with client messaging and branding. The options are endless and we are happy to work with you on creating brand awareness.
